Nixon uses an outside auditor to survey all customers. We've found that our customers are more willing to speak freely with an outside company. This provides us with the information that we need to constantly raise the bar.

The feedback generated from our Customer Information System (CIS) is used to improve individual account satisfaction and to provide customer-centric direction for the company. Our CIS program is one of the ways in which we realize our mission to provide the highest standard of textile rental service to customers who appreciate the best.
